WARRANY & RETURNS
While we are confident that SoundBed will deliver tremendous value to your emotional well-being, you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
If you are not satisfied with the SoundBed experience, you can reach out to us at this email address (support@feelopus.com) to initiate the return process. Upon this request, we will send you a return shipping label. Once you receive the label, you will send SoundBed back to us and incur any shipping charges that apply.
Do NOT Immediately Throw Your Box Away
Most third party companies will not have an appropriate size box to ship SoundBed in.
After we receive your SoundBed and verify that the product is in good standing and not damaged, we will refund your initial deposit and amount of your completed order (excluding taxes and shipping).
Additionally, if for any reason your SoundBed is not functioning as intended, the included warranty coverage applies for up to 2 years from delivery and we will cover shipping and associated costs.
