SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FAQ

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from OPUS.

  • In the Email, you will be given an estimated delivery window based on when and where you placed your order.

  • SoundBed is arriving to customers in scaled batches to ensure success

  • We will send out more specific communications as your SoundBed gets closer to delivery.
